Happy July 1st ladies and gents! In honour of Canada's 150th birthday, I'm sharing pieces of my #CanadaDay outfit and where you can get the look. This year let's celebrate in style, and leave all the red & white accessories (or whatever you found at the dollar store) at home! I mean, unless they're hella cute -- then bring 'em on out.

The Rayban mirrored sunglasses in silver are my absolute favourite, but if you're not feeling the price you can get a similar pair of these at Ardene (2/$15). I always do this before a vacation because when you're swimming in salt water, you don't want to distort or lose these babies! Tip: always stock up on cost-effective dupes before your flight.
I have this in white and I am in love! It's cute and comfortable for any summer day -- but especially #Canada150. It has a slim fit from bust to waist with a bit of added flair on the sleeve, and an elegant stitch down the back. Made out of polyester and spandex, it has the perfect blouse-like feel! Perk: this off-the-shoulder look comes in both white and red so you can pick which you like best!
I love a simple look for Canada Day, so I went with a pair of denim shorts I purchased from American Eagle. I love this pair because they aren't overly distorted, or too plain -- the distortion of the jean material balances well with the rest of the look, and really makes the white and red pop.
